Fluent IMS is completely web based. As long as your device (computer, tablet, smart phone) has an internet connection - you will be able to login to your account from anywhere. No software to install, no integration needed ever!

Yes, they are backed up for a major restore twice daily. We also data replicate to multiple servers as our disaster recovery plan.

We offer 100% uptime guarantee on our network and we will credit you a full day for every hour downtime on our network up to your monthly fee. Our HP servers are hosted in high specification SSAE 16 data centers, providing unparalleled speed and performance. Our multi-homed self-healing network consists of 13 internet connections with full BGP4, which allows you and your users to connect fast to your virtual server. Like any hosting company we need to perform network maintenance and server maintenance occasionally and when we do we will be sure to inform you via email that we are going to do so. If an emergency situation occurs where we need to perform maintenance without formal notice, we will update our status page and we will let you know full details once the issue has been resolved. This is rare so do not expect any interruptions soon. Our BGP4 network has multiple paths and so even when we lose a connection we can keep running.

Fluent IMS is web based software. This means there’s no installation required and it works with all operating systems (including Windows and MacOS)! We host Fluent IMS so you don’t have to worry about installing, upgrading or maintaining any software or web servers.
